This blog is dedicated to training holistically, eating happily & living vibrantly. As holistic personal trainers & yoga teachers, we are passionate about sharing how we eat, workout, & get our zen on. We have learned quite a few fun, effective tips from our years as trainers with a variety of wonderful clients & want to share all that we've learned & continue to learn with you. Our philosophy is simple: we believe in gastric delights that come from whole foods rather than processed packages (except for gummi bears, Ryan LOVES gummi bears), yoga that is about much more than flexibility & smart training that starts with safe alignment & ends with great results.
